Diversified Technical Systems was recently honored with an ‘Excellence’ award in the Technical category at the 2019 Toyota Indirect Supplier Annual Business Meeting in Lexington, Kentucky.
This award recognizes the quality of DTS’s data acquisition systems, as well as the company’s communication practices and customer service.
Each month DTS picks up and drops off Toyota R&D’s DTS data acquisition equipment for calibration by the Saline, Michigan facility. The regular door-to-door assistance exemplifies DTS’s customer commitment and helps Toyota keep testing schedules on track. DTS also revised the service contract invoicing schedule to align with the monthly calibrations and help with Toyota’s financial planning.
