VI-grade, a provider of human-centric simulation-driven vehicle development solutions, and MdynamiX, provider of ADAS, vehicle dynamics, NVH methods and test benches, have entered a partnership to strengthen their presence in the hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) sector.
This collaboration expands the companies’ solutions portfolios to provide more human-centric solutions for vehicle development with VI-grade becoming an official reseller of MdynamiX’s HiL solutions, which are compatible with VI-grade driving simulators and AutoHawk HiL platforms.
Customers will have access to MdynamiX’s HiL rigs in VI-grade’s SimCenters for testing and firsthand experience.
Key offerings include MXsteerHiL and MXsteerLink, real-time HiL test benches for electric power steering (EPS) and steer-by-wire (SbW) systems. These modular kits are designed for the evaluation and calibration of steering systems and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) in the early stages of development.
Additionally, VI-grade will offer MXbrakeHiL and MXbrakeLink, advanced brake system test benches tailored for electric and automated vehicles. These test benches are compatible with various real-time systems and aim facilitate model-based development of electronic stability control (ESC), electronic control units (ECUs) and advanced safety functions.
