Three new senior execs have been hired at McLaren Automotive – each bringing different experiences and skill sets to the team.

Former Ferrari man Emmanuele Raveglia has been appointed as vehicle line executive director. He was previously vehicle line director for products including the F8 Tributo, the 488 Pista, and the Purosangue sports lifestyle vehicles at Ferrari.

Charles Sanderson, who has worked for McLaren in the past, returns as chief technical officer. He most recently served as Rivian’s platform chief engineer, and before that, leader of software development at McLaren Automotive.

Jorg Laser has been hired as chief procurement officer. His career background includes roles at General Motors, MAN Trucks, Autoliv and, most recently, at WayRay.

CEO of McLaren Automotive Michael Leiters said, “We are delighted to have secured the services of three such capable and experienced industry professionals. All three individuals bring a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience which will be invaluable in the successful delivery of our future of performance strategy. Their varied backgrounds will also enhance our culture of international diversity and innovative fresh thinking.”
