Global vehicle testing and compliance organization Dekra has acquired Gain Solutions, a specialist in end-of-term inspections and fleet management. Gain co-founder and chairman Robin Watson and MD Marcus Blakemore will continue to head up operations.
“This acquisition significantly expands our capacity to perform independent vehicle inspections in the UK, for a client base that is increasingly interested in the transparency of neutral vehicle inspections,” said Paul Bradbury, MD, Dekra Automotive.
