dSPACE and the Institute for Machine Learning (IML) at Johannes Kepler University have partnered to bring cloud-agnostic generative AI technologies into the dSPACE portfolio of data-driven development solutions. The first implementation will be available in mid-2025 within dSPACE’s sensor data management software, IVS.
IVS is an open, cloud-based platform that lets developers analyze, preview and tag test-drive data stored in the cloud, on-premises or in globally distributed storage systems. The new generative AI features enable automatic searches for objects and maneuvers in raw sensor data using natural language queries (prompts) – greatly reducing development costs and time. The alliance also aims to improve simulation and validation processes by integrating generative AI technologies.
