SHOW NEWS: Yamaichi extends connector family portfolio

LinkedIn +

After the successful launch of Yamaichi Electronics’s Y-Circ P family of connectors, it has now made the first extensions and updates. Print contacts for wall-mounted sockets are available, which enable PCB mounting with through-hole soldering for safe fixation. The PCB drilling patterns are available in the PDF update of the Y-Circ P catalogue, and solder and crimp contacts are also available.

For backward mounting of wall mounted sockets, connector types WC and WD are also now available; WC fixation is achieved using two nuts and therefore distance differences between PCB and housing can easily be overcome, and the WD socket type has anti-rotation protection and a solid back stop.

The new WB and WR connectors offer the option of a wall feed-through connector with collet system at the end. The fixation in the housing can be done with two nuts which can be ordered with or without bent relief and in different colors.

Visitors will find Yamaichi Electronics at booth 1360 at Automotive Testing Expo Europe 2015.
