ReliaSoft to be intregrated into HBM nCode

HBM nCode has announced the acquisition of ReliaSoft, an industry leader in reliability engineering software and services, through its parent organization, Spectris plc. ReliaSoft will be integrated with HBM nCode, a fast growing engineering software business within the Spectris Test and Measurement segment.

HBM nCode is a well-respected and long-established supplier of durability software and solutions. It’s said that this transaction will strengthen HBM nCode’s growing engineering software business and will build on the strong brand recognition and reputation of both ReliaSoft and HBM nCode. The business will benefit from the investment and global network that will come as being part of HBM nCode.

ReliaSoft, the largest global organization focused exclusively on reliability engineering, is dedicated to meeting the reliability and quality needs of product manufacturers and maintenance organizations worldwide in many industries worldwide, including automotive.

It’s hoped that the increased product offering provided by ReliaSoft and HBM nCode in key areas addressing growing customer needs for fatigue, reliability, failure data analysis and asset management software will enable accelerated growth in current markets and facilitate growth in new markets The combined entity will strengthen software sales, marketing and development expertise for both organizations on a global scale.
