New facility to strengthen Arcore’s software development capabilities

Software development specialist Arcore has established a new office in Palo Alto, California.

“With our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, and our offices in Munich (Germany), Bangalore (India), and soon in Shanghai (China), we are rooted in the European and Asian competence centers for autonomous driving,” said Michael Svenstam, CEO of Arcore. “Our new office in Palo Alto takes us to the heart of Silicon Valley, another technology hub for developing the car of the future.”

“We have always had close relationships with research centers and companies in Silicon Valley. With our new presence in Palo Alto we can further intensify our cooperation among others with Stanford University and support existing and future customers paving the way for next generation vehicle applications,” said Håkan Berglund, VP of ADAS and autonomous driving at Arcore.
