IPG Automotive has established a new training center at Kookmin University in Seoul, South Korea, to enable engineers and students to learn more about the company’s CarMaker product family.

The facility has several workstations and will be running different training courses and workshops where external participants and students have the opportunity to receive practical training focusing on the functions of CarMaker.

“For IPG Automotive, opening the training center is an important step toward making virtual test driving with our simulation solutions even more widely known on an international level, and creating the necessary conditions for engineers and developers to be able to work with our products. With Kookmin University, we have found the right partner for this objective,” said Steffen Schmidt, MD of IPG Automotive.
