Since 2007 Pro2 Automotive Engineering has built a global reputation for providing specialised testing support to OEMs with test drivers and engineers. Their team of over 200 engineers/drivers have a range of skills and experience to call upon, from Vmax experience at over 200 mph to limit handling, commercial vehicles to high performance sports cars, software validation testing to durability driving. The team have a background ranging from test driving, to development engineering all the way up to chief engineer level. They have also worked at most of the proving grounds around the World.
Pro2 work with manufacturers such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Leyland DAF and Lotus. Their approach is to supply ‘intelligent drivers’ with the experience to follow procedures consistently, with the ability to assess, diagnose and report. The Pro2 team ensure that they understand the purpose of each test and to think for themselves so that the outcomes are precisely as required. They can supply a broad demographic mix to support a specific demographic range test such as Connectivity, HMI or Technology .
As an independent team they can help eliminate proprietary ‘blind spots’ from the development process but also dovetail and become an extension of the internal team.
