Huber Kältemaschinenbau is the technology leader for high precision thermoregulation solutions in research and industry and ensures precise temperature control in laboratories, pilot plants and production processes from -125°C to +425°C.
Huber has pioneered the technological development in the field of fluid temperature control with several
innovative products. A revolution in temperature control technology was the introduction of the Unistat®
temperature control systems in 1989.
With the Unimotive® range, Huber introduces a specially designed powerful temperature control unit for
applications in the automotive industry. These temperature control systems are constructed for operation
with water-ethylene glycol mixture with corrosion down to -45°C. Typical applications include temperature
simulations as well as material testing and temperature-dependent stress and load tests for automotive parts.
The optionally available "Flow Control Cube" enables precise flow rate measurement and control.
For applications with high temperatures in connection with water-glycol, the new high-temperature models
"Unimotive XT" fit best. The units are designed for working temperatures up to +150 °C. For this purpose,
Unimotive XT works with a fully integrated and variable pressure superposition.
Unimotive is also suitable for operation with highly viscous liquids. A "Heat Exchange Pump", HXP, is availablefor this purpose. This extension contains a heat exchanger, a circulation pump and a bypass for flow control.
With the optional "Automated Drain & Refill System", ADR, the connected application can be drained with
compressed air and changed with the aid of quick couplings. The drained thermal fluid is returned to the
temperature control unit and can be reused.
The Unimotive models feature unique thermodynamics for highly accurate and reproducible results. The
proven Unistat technology also allows very short heating and cooling times and excellent temperature control accuracy.
