Ipetronik releases new data management system

LinkedIn +

With IPEcloud MDM (measurement data management), Ipetronik has introduced a hardware-independent and cloud-based data management system to organize, process and evaluate data from test benches and large fleets.

Current developers can embed existing MATLAB functions allowing detailed evaluations when processing different units of measurement, from a range of dataloggers. Data is then converted into a TDMS format, while the original raw data is prepared for processing with a configuration depending on the specific project. The new system also offers a large driver library.

Users can conduct calculations or tag specific data that may be important, which is then stored in an SQL database. Operators may then search through measurements organized into raw data, processed data, events, reports and previous tags. This can then be exported allowing for analysis of individual data and conducting simulations.

Storing data in this structured way enables manufacturers to identify trends, standardize evaluations and reduce manual intervention, ensuring accurate testing and measurements.
