For more than 10 years, SAB Bröckskes, one of the world’s leading cable manufacturers, has been meeting the challenges of developing and optimizing high-voltage cables as well as high-voltage measurement technology for components in electromobility.

Leading in these fields, the company optimizes its HV sensors – HV Pt100/Pt1000 probes – to meet the constantly changing requirements and continuously develops new products in the field of temperature measurement technology and cabling for better and more sustainable mobility of the future.

Especially for safe temperature measurement on high-voltage components such as HV batteries, SAB Bröckskes has designed an HV measurement system with its partner, which is ideally suited for mobile and stationary use in the field of electromobility (electric and hybrid vehicles).

With HV measuring modules from partner CSM, temperatures (thermocouples and PT sensors) and analog measurement signals can be recorded safely and precisely in HV environments. The HV measuring modules offer tested safety according to DIN EN 61010, and thanks to the multi-level safety concept, a safe measurement chain from sensor to data acquisition is easily established with special sensor cables and HV measurement modules.

High-voltage solutions for e-mobility

SAB Bröckskes offers customized HV measurement solutions for e-mobility. In addition to HV sensors type K, HV sensors Pt100/Pt1000 or HV test adapters, customers will find HV sensor cables and HV voltage measurement cables as well as highly flexible high-voltage cables. The company would be pleased to develop an individual HV measuring solution for clients, which it would design together with them according to their technical requirements.
