Swedish tech company Odosolutions (ODOS) is to launch its Megalog datalogging series, which it claims will revolutionize CAN-FD applications across the industrial and heavy-duty sectors.
Odosolutions worked with Kvaser and its advanced hardware and software to develop the Megalog series. The datalogger features CAN-FD interface (M.2 PCIe 4xCAN) and CanKing-7 CANbus monitoring and diagnostics software, which runs on Linux and Windows OS. These features provide a comprehensive solution for advanced research and development debugging.
The Megalog series is IP67 rated for extreme weather and also offers intuitive usability and effortless installation. Designed for harsh conditions, the datalogger incorporates a pressure equalization breather valve that prevents pressure or vacuum build-up, to protect the internal electronics. It also features high-voltage isolation inputs and a built-in UPS for power management and reliable operation in demanding conditions. The Megalog series also supports connectivity options with local SSD storage, wi-fi 6 support and remote cloud data storage.
