eMpulse Test Systems is showcasing its latest innovation, the seaPLUS Series, at this year’s Automotive Testing Expo. Known for its servo-electric testing solutions, eMpulse’s new series is designed for durability testing and NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) analysis.
The seaPLUS Series, built on decades of research and development, incorporates advanced servo-electric actuation technology for superior efficiency and performance. The series includes a variety of actuator configurations, available in 13kN, 26kN, 41kN, 53kN and 107kN, catering to a range of testing needs and industries.
“With a 46% higher performance over previous systems, the seaPLUS series widens the performance gap between our servo-electric technology and comparable hydraulic systems,” said Doug Boals, CTO at eMpulse Test Systems.
A significant advantage of the series is its energy efficiency. It uses less than 20% of the electrical energy required by traditional hydraulic systems, making it a more environmentally friendly and cost-effective option for commercial vehicle testing.
