Two new senior staff have been appointed by Test World as the company looks to expand on recent growth.
The two appointments, both key business development managers, will be tasked with managing growing demand for the company’s tire and vehicle testing from customers in Asia and mainland Europe.
The first new member is Li Yuan (left), who joins the team with considerable experience in the tire and automotive engineering industries, and will be based in Shanghai, China. The second addition is Elie Chdid (below), who brings extensive experience having worked for major testing firms in Germany. His focus will be on supporting the electric vehicle market.
Test World’s managing director, Janne Seurujärvi, said, “We are delighted to bring these new employees on board. We look forward to using their in-depth knowledge to build on our continued global business growth. Between our two new business development managers, their focus is split between tire and vehicle testing as we look to grow both aspects of our testing regime equally.”
Test World has also announced the hiring of two additional test engineers to be based at the company’s main facility in Ivalo, Finland, to keep up with a further increase in vehicle cold environment test programs.
