Element Materials Technology has joined forces with Exova as the companies look to fully integrate the existing businesses and become a global testing services partner.
The expanded Element Group, which will operate under the leadership of current Element CEO Charles Noall, will form a new executive team with the vision of combining testing expertise from both companies.
The move will see the Element board continue to review business performance as well as form group-wide strategies and priorities.
Noall said of the ongoing business integration, “As I focus on building relationships with our new Exova colleagues, visiting the laboratories to personally meet the teams, I have been overwhelmed by the positive reaction from all areas of the business.
“With our many shared values and strengths, we will continue to deliver the certainty of Element through operational, technical and commercial excellence to what is now more than 40,000 customers worldwide.”
The latest industry move from Element highlights the recent growth for the business, as it becomes one of the fastest growing independent materials testing and product qualification companies in the world.
