As Account & Business Development Manager (home office based) you will have responsibility to create long term relationships with one of our key customer at different levels of the Organization, negotiate contracts and prices in line with the commercial strategy of the existing business, monitor defined KPI’s (Opportunity management, price management, recoveries etc.) and monthly forecast as well as yearly budget planning. You are also responsible for managing customer escalations at working and senior levels.

Additionally, you explore and scout for new Opportunities with the key customer in the area of Electrification Applications and Systems and develop relationships that create insight into advanced customer development in order to position Sensata for successful RFQ results whereby creating maximum value for Sensata and the customer.
