An Electronics Test Engineer is required for a permanent employment opportunity where you would be implementing and supporting test activities in a high-volume, high-mix electronics manufacturing environment.
# what you’ll be doing
In this highly visible and important role, you will use your existing test expertise to ensure swift implementation of robust test sequences. Your work will ensure high production yields and efficient test processes across three product groups and ultimately, a happy customer.
# You’ll work on improvements to existing tests whilst also developing new tests
# You’ll define the requirements for test fixtures and assist suppliers with design of test hardware
# You’ll design the test hardware & instrumentation
# You’ll play a major role in upgrading the test strategies to C# as part of their drive to modernise tests

# what are they looking for?
You’ll be degree qualified or have substantial production test engineering experience. You will have experience with functional test and have a good understanding of the mechanical aspects of test fixtures as well as software skills with .NET, C# or VB.NET.
If you have some knowledge of either In-Circuit testing, Agilent, Terradyne, VB6 or LabWindows CVI then this would be of benefit.
