The General Manager is responsible for all operational oversight of the laboratory’s activities, including personnel leadership, commercial supervision, and financial management. The General Manager holds the primary responsibility for executing the strategic and financial plans established for the business.


  • Leadership and development of all company personnel
    • Annual Performance reviews, goals, and salary administration
    • Organizational structure development and implementation
  • Supervision of all commercial department activities and responsibilities
    • Sales & Marketing
      • Annual sales & marketing growth target planning and execution
      • Active participation in quotations & direct customer interface
    • Technical Service
      • Evaluation and expansion of new service offerings and equipment
      • Design of customized testing equipment and specifications
      • Quality systems, industry accreditations, and safety oversight
    • Facilities: Oversight of maintenance and development of equipment and facility
    • Customer Service: High quality, quick service interface and customer experience
    • Laboratory: High quality, quick service execution of testing procedures
  • Financial Management of Capital Expenditures and Income Statement Expenses


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant science or business field
  • 10+ years of experience in industry, preferably in a field related to ATS customers
  • 3+ years of direct professional experience in financial or budgetary management
  • 3+ years of direct professional experience in personnel management
  • Experience with sales, business development, or direct customer interface preferred
  • Expertise in related industries, technologies, or customer applications preferred
  • Experience with industrial procedural and accreditation requirements preferred
