Compensation: DOE, base plus commission (includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA, 401K, sick time, and PTO)

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Promotes company equipment to current and potential clients
Follow ups on new leads, RFQ’s and referrals and determine the optimal approach to quickly close the sale for opportunities within the scope of their team
Through research, gains and maintains understanding of customer and prospect’s organization (i.e., Divisions, Key Products, Testing, Budget Cycle, Fiscal Year, Key Contacts)
Manages lead nurturing process
Insures appropriate business agreements are in place (i.e., Preferred Vendor, Credit Agreements, Blanket Purchase Orders)
Enters all opportunities and customer information into the CRM system
For all leads, assess needs and equipment requirements to find a solution to the customer’s test and measurement needs
Develops product knowledge and expertise
Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships
Promotes positive relations with employees, vendors, customers and co-workers
Achieves monthly sales quota
Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:
College degree required
Minimum of 3 years’ sales: Preferably in technical or test equipment environment
Strong computer skills: CRM experience preferred
Technically inclined
Customer service oriented
Great written and oral communications skills
Proven sales track record
Highly motivated to sell through the web and understands how to leverage social media to do so
Excellent at managing and prioritizing your time
Professional and energetic
Professional sales background
