Canon Industrial Products Division is an OEM supplier of high precision and high accuracy products for automotive, industrial, and medical applications.

Featured products include Laser Doppler Velocimeter (PV-01) and Surface Reflectance Analyzer (RA-532H). Both devices utilize Canon core competencies in sensors, optics, optoelectronic components, and image processing algorithms.

Laser Doppler Velocimeter (PV-01) is a non-contact linear displacement and velocity metrology unit. It is capable of measuring various material surfaces at 2.5µm resolution. It is extremely useful where linear or rotary encoder implementation is not practical.

Surface Reflectance Analyzer (RA-532H) is a portable surface finish metrology unit that is capable of providing four separate, surface quantifying measurements in a single reading. It is a full featured unit with color display, rechargeable battery, USB, and Bluetooth interface that’s packaged in a compact form factor.

Another featured product is Microfocus X-ray Source with Transmissive Target and Sealed X-ray Tube (G-311MH). This newly designed X-ray source yields X-ray images with resolution of 4μmL/S at 10W and has excellent operational stability. It is a great solution for in-line X-ray inspection of electronic components and circuit boards.
