AOS Technologies AG – founded in 2002 by two members of the management team and a private Swiss technology holding – design, manufacture and distribute high-speed cameras, process monitoring systems and vision components through a network of distribution partners to renowned customers in the industry, in research as well as in defense.

Modular high-speed cameras with a wide range of customer-selectable options and extensions allow AOS to ‘make’ cameras very specifically to the various customer needs. Together with carefully selected accessories and specifically designed add-ons, AOS can deliver anything from the camera itself to turnkey multicamera systems.

Automotive safety testing is just one of a number of applications where AOS cameras are preferred for their ultra-compact footprint, robust quality and the highest reliability.
Based on AOS’s experience in making cameras for defense applications, cameras are available for an extended temperature range and different level of impact and vibration rating. An optional coating of the electronics make the camera practically immune against moisture and dust.

High-speed image streaming systems with hours of recording time to monitor complete process cycles at high speed are a rather new extension of the AOS portfolio. Together with a number of special vision components, AOS offers solutions in the vision market considered by many to be non-standard.

Engineering from feasibility and concept studies to system design, camera design, installation, implementation down to end user training are services requested by many customers who have a focus on getting a total solution rather then components.
